You may return most new, unused physical books within 7days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
The book must be in its original condition (unread, unmarked, and undamaged).
It must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Please contact us at support@bookbitan.com before sending your return to receive return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and audiobooks are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of:
Technical issues that prevent access or download.
Duplicate purchases.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
